Delete your account

1. Whether you have an account

PupCal only creates an account when you sign in to use shared countdowns. Your own days, dates and settings live on your device and require no sign-in, so if you have never used shared countdowns there is nothing on our servers to delete: removing the app clears your local data.

2. How to request deletion

Email feedback@pupcal.app from the address linked to your sign-in, with the subject "Delete my account". We use it to verify that the account is yours. Once verified, we permanently delete your account and its data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

3. What we delete

Deleting your account removes the following from our servers:

• Your sign-in identifier, and the name and email address received from your Google or Apple account.
• Your display name and group memberships.
• The posts and photos you uploaded to your groups.

4. What may remain

Purchase records are held by Apple or Google, not by us, and are governed by their policies; review them in your store account. Content you contributed to a group you do not own may stay with that group if you chose to leave it behind, as described in the app. Copies your operating system placed in its own device backups are governed by Apple's or Google's policies.
